Strategic Building Consultancy
  • Conduct comprehensive building surveys and prepare detailed technical reports for high-value commercial portfolios
  • Create planned preventative maintenance strategies that optimize asset performance
  • Building reinstatement cost assessments across retail, office, industrial and logistics sectors
  • Coordinate complex portfolio instructions across multiple property types
  • Deliver exceptional client service that drives repeat business and referrals
  • Travel regionally with opportunities for national project exposure

MRICS qualification in Building Surveying with 3-5+ years PQE in commercial consultancy. Proven expertise in dilapidations, building surveys, and contract administration. Commercial acumen with excellent report writing and presentation capabilities. Full UK driving license and flexibility for regional travel. AutoCAD proficiency and familiarity with digital survey technologies. Experience across multiple commercial property sectors. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
