We are seeking a Pricing, Project, and Compliance Manager for our rapidly growing fire door division. This role involves managing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong facilities management background, sound knowledge of pricing and tendering, project planning skills, robust financial awareness, and the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders on both sides of projects.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Understanding and analyzing information about new projects.
- Pricing, estimating, and tendering for new work.
- Collaborating closely with the APs and operations manager to ensure scheduling meets project risk factors and operational standards.
- Providing reports and performance trend analyses to ensure continuous improvement across the division.
- Utilizing strong financial skills to prioritize work, working with the finance business partner to manage budgets.
- Managing multiple programs of work simultaneously, coordinating with the operations manager.
- Working closely with the technical manager.
- Providing operational support as needed.
Skills & Experience
- Fully qualified in an FM-related trade (Mechanical, Electrical, Carpentry).
- Proficient in IT skills.
- Experience in a similar facilities management role.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Good understanding of FM compliance and procedures.
- Knowledge of risk management.
