An opportunity has arisen for a Post Room Operator to join our team, reporting to the Contract Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Categorising and re-sourcing the correct Mail
- Handling telephone queries from clients
- Dealing with multiple couriers throughout the day
- Updating client systems (DHL, Pitney Bowes)
- Preparing mail/packages ready for pick up
- Delivering mail to the clients twice a day
- Assisting other team members when and if required
- Porterage duties when needed
- Ensuring post/packages are being allocated within time scale provided by client to meet SLA's
- Additional duties as and when requested via the Contract Admin Manager
