We are looking for an Occupancy Planner to join our Workplace & Occupancy Planning Team.
What this job involves:
- As Occupancy Planner, you will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and updating space data and using this information to develop scenario and occupancy plans for our client's portfolio.
- You'll foster critical relationships between various individuals, ensuring coordination and collaboration among the local team, the client's CRE Team as well as your internal JLL team.
- Planning and managing portfolios, as well as maximizing space, will be a main focus area while you assist clients in their space needs.
- This will involve using various forms of qualitative and quantitative data to understand supply and demand.
- This role will include space data updates, facilitating the space audit program and portfolio reporting.
- This is a remote role.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Monthly reporting and space data updates
- Site Audit validation and management
- Tracking and managing utilization data and trends
- Gathering space and adjacency requirements, updating space layouts, developing space planning and block diagrams
- Develop and implement occupancy strategies and migration sequencing plans
- Maintain updated stack plans with current data
- Test-fits
- Maintain CAFM data accuracy including space, neighborhoods and employee allocations
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate environment, preferably in strategic space/occupancy planning
- Bachelor's degree in Corporate Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design or a related field.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, cell calculations) and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Proficiency in CAFM/IWMS software
- Proficiency with AutoCAD for basic test-fits and square foot calculations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to think outside the box to solve for data limitations and clean up
