Main Duties & Responsibilities:

- \n To carry out planned and reactive maintenance in accordance with the companys PPM and task schedules.
- \n Undertake PPM activity in a quality, professional manner.
- \n Use & complete CAFM system.
- \n Production of technical and situational reports as required.
- \n At times you may be requested to carry out additional duties on site
- \n Proactively use the technology systems given to you so that the Company can be compliant with its contractual obligations at all times
- \n Carry out the works requested in a professional and proactive manner at all times.
- \n To communicate clearly and effectively with the rest of the team and clients at all times.
- \n Writing activity reports in line with Company procedures accurately and timely.
- \n Proactively assisting the management team to produce quotations by giving accurate and good quality information where extra works are identified.
- \n Attending team meetings/briefings
- \n To provide accurate time sheet information weekly and on time
- \n To ensure that the Company is presented in a good light at all times.
- \n Undertake reactive maintenance works as directed by the Help Desk and/or management team
- \n To escalate any major site issues or incidents to your line manager asap once noticed.
- \n To manage Integral sub-contractors whilst working on site
- \n Understand and be aware of the requirements of all relevant Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality legislation and are equally aware of their own roles and responsibilities within the Company.
- \n Ensure that all materials and equipment are handled, stored and used with due regard to the relevant Health, Safety and Environmental legislation.
- \n Actively participate in the health and safety processes required under the Company policies and procedures on portfolio including, but not limited to, accident investigation, reporting, risk assessments and auditing
- \n Any other reasonable instruction from the Contract Manager or his Line Managers.
- \n Co-operating with the company to allow it to fulfil its moral and legal duties and obligations.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
\n
- \n
- \n Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Commercial environment.
- \n Electrical Engineering or Mechanical apprenticeship / NVQ or C&G (Essential)
- \n 18th Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation (Ability to attain 18thEdition through additional training if you have 17thEdition)
- \n Knowledge ofaircon, ventilation extraction, plumbing and general fabric
- \n Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with all levels of staff.
- \n Proactive in achieving the highest standard of operation.
- \n Have good IT and report writing skills.
- \n Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm, clear thinking and able to deliver the required services to the client within given time constraints.
