The Opportunity:
- Lead JLL's Project Management practice across South West England and South Wales - a high-performing team of 4 professionals.

- Deliver landmark projects from £2m to £150m+ for major funds, developers, and occupiers with an established, enviable client portfolio.
- Shape UK & Ireland strategy with genuine leadership authority reporting to Director of PM UK & Ireland.

The Role:
- Drive Strategic Growth: Develop and own a comprehensive growth strategy; lead business development, pitches, and client acquisition across South West and Wales; cross-sell JLL's integrated services, maximising client value and revenue growth; build strategic partnerships with design teams, contractors, and industry bodies; be accountable for P&L profitability and growth.
- Own Client Relationships: Manage key accounts with funds, developers, and major occupiers as trusted C-suite advisor; position JLL as the premier PM consultancy through proactive relationship management; actively network, build and develop client relationships.
- Lead Project Delivery: Direct major new build and refurbishment projects (£2m-£150m+); manage design teams, statutory approvals, contracts, budgets, programmes, and risk; implement change management, ensure successful close-out.
- Build High-Performing Teams: Lead, mentor, and develop talent in Bristol and South-West; attract and retain top PM professionals, creating succession capability; foster culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence; be an inspirational leader that influences internally and externally.
- Establish Market Leadership: Represent JLL at industry events, conferences, and forums as recognized regional leader; drive thought leadership strengthening JLL's brand presence; leverage network to create business development opportunities.

- Qualifications & Track Record: MRICS or APM with extensive post-qualification experience in new build and major refurbishment £2m-£150m+ project delivery for funds, developers, and occupiers with proven client relationship management; business development success with demonstrable track record winning and growing strategic accounts; strong South-West market profile with established reputation and credibility in the region.
- Leadership & Network: Proven team-building capability with track record leading high-performing regional teams; ability to attract, retain, and develop top PM talent with succession planning expertise; established network of industry contacts and relationships across Bristol/South-West market; evidence of thought leadership: speaking engagements, industry involvement, publications, or market presence.
- Commercial & Strategic Capability: C-suite engagement with ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as trusted advisor; commercial acumen understanding profitability, pricing, and value creation; strategic thinking with capability to develop and execute regional growth strategies; entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with autonomy, accountability, and driving change.
