Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Multiskilled Engineer to join our team at a high-profile sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a range of building services, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and contributing to the smooth operation of the facility, the week will be shared a crossed 2 sites
Key Responsibilities
- Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks across mechanical and electrical systems.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general building services.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Integral and Amazon’s safety procedures and policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities using the site’s CAFM system.
- Liaise with site management and contractors to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Participate in site audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
- Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives on site.
Skills & Experience
- Recognised qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a similar multiskilled maintenance role, ideally within a fast-paced or critical environment.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
