JLL is recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to perform PPM and Reactive activities across a range of commercial premises, primarily within the M25. The role requires an experienced, hands-on engineer with strong fault-finding, maintenance and reporting skills, able to produce quotes and manage parts for works.
The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of building services, HVAC and safety standards, with flexibility for out-of-hours work and a proactive approach.
