Integral are looking for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our Public Sector team! You will be working across multiple sites on the Lambeth Council contract.Role And ResponsibilitiesTo carry out planned and reactive maintenance in accordance with the company\’s PPM and task schedulesTo provide engineering cover for the client\’s eventsUndertake PPM activity in a quality, professional mannerProduction of technical and situational reports as requiredProactively use the technology systems given to you so that the Company can always be compliant with its contractual obligationsAlways carry out the works requested in a professional and proactive mannerTo communicate clearly and effectively with the rest of the team and clientWriting activity reports in line with Company procedures accurately and timelyProactively assisting the management team to produce quotations by giving accurate and good quality information where extra works are identifiedAttending team meetings/briefings as always requestedTo provide accurate time sheet information weekly and on timeTo ensure that the Company is always presented in a good lightTo escalate any major site issues or incidents to your line manager asap once noticed.To manage Integral sub-contractors whilst working on siteUndertake reactive maintenance works as directed by the Help Desk and/or management teamPrevious ExperienceHealth & Safety awareness is necessaryFull UK driving licenceExperience with similar maintenance duties including fault diagnosisExperience in the mechanical aspects of general building PPM schedulesPrevious experience of working within a teamCity & Guilds (Mechanical qualification) or equivalentKnowledge and use of computer software – Building Management System (BMS)Employee BenefitsOvertime x1.5 on weekday and x2 on weekends + day in lieu on bank holidaysStandby rate is £15 per day and £50 on bank holidays25 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata into shifts for shift workers)Company funded health cash planAbility to buy and sell holidays – buy 5 days & sell 2 daysLife assuranceAuto-enrolment company pension schemeEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Cycle to work schemePurchase an electric vehicle via salary sacrificeEmployee discounts with various brandsLearning and development programs, training and career opportunities.What You Can Expect From UsYou\’ll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
