Role Purpose The Facilities, Maintenance and Contractor Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of facilities, engineering platforms, processes, procedures, and technical support for delivery of engineering services for Johnson serve as escalation point and client interface.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders in J represent critical operations as needed.
Support research and development of innovative ideas to enhance competitiveness.
Evaluate, propose, and pilot appropriate tools/processes supporting engineering services.
Ensure effective and timely implementation of training plans for managers, technicians, and partner organisations, ensuring competency Drive initiatives to enhance JLL's capability to self-deliver services and reduce reliance on partner organisations.
Ensure legal, statutory, and contractual compliance of engineering practices, executed consistently across accounts.
Develop feasibility proposals.

Undertake other duties as assigned by the line manager Key Performance Measures Deliver all services in accordance with SLAs, KPIs, Savings Targets, Satisfaction Survey, Personal Performance objectives, and financial targets.
