  • Lead dilapidations negotiations and prepare strategic exit strategies for major occupiers.
  • Create planned preventative maintenance strategies that optimize asset performance building reinstatement cost assessments across retail, office, industrial and logistics sectors.

Client Partnership & Growth

  • Coordinate complex portfolio instructions across multiple property types.
  • Build sustainable business relationships with institutional and corporate clients.
  • Deliver exceptional client service that drives repeat business and referrals.

Your Profile

Essential Requirements:

  • MRICS qualification in Building Surveying with 3-5+ years PQE in commercial consultancy.
  • Proven expertise in dilapidations, building surveys, and contract administration.
  • Commercial acumen with excellent report writing and presentation capabilities.
  • Team collaboration skills with ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Full UK driving license and flexibility for regional travel.

Desirable Experience:

  • AutoCAD proficiency and familiarity with digital survey technologies.
  • Experience across multiple commercial property sectors.
  • Knowledge of sustainability assessments and ESG requirements.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
