JLL Workplace Management is seeking an experienced PFI Technical Services Manager to lead hard services delivery across a PFI/PPP portfolio.
The role holds full accountability for technical performance, compliance and contractual delivery of mechanical, electrical and fabric services, ensuring outputs meet stringent availability standards.
You will manage day-to-day operations, oversee compliance, subcontractor performance, and lifecycle planning, while coordinating with SPV and funders.
