We're looking for a qualified Mobile Gas Engineer to join our reactive maintenance team across London. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality gas maintenance, repair, and installation services across a diverse commercial property portfolio, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

  • Respond to reactive maintenance requests for gas heating systems, boilers, and appliances across multiple client sites
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on gas equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications and statutory requirements
  • Install, commission, and service commercial gas heating systems and appliances
  • Conduct gas safety checks and maintain accurate records of all work completed
  • Ensure all work complies with Gas Safety Regulations and relevant industry standards
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment to a high standard
  • Complete job sheets, risk assessments, and method statements accurately and promptly
  • Participate in an on-call rota as required

Requirements:

  • Gas Safe registered with relevant commercial qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1A minimum)
  • Proven experience in commercial gas engineering
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Additional Gas Safe qualifications (CDGA1, CIGA1, TCPCP1)
  • Experience working across commercial office, retail, or mixed-use properties
  • Electrical qualifications (18th Edition)
  • PASMA or IPAF certification
