As a key member of the Central L&D Team, the Learning Partner will drive the delivery of key business strategies by designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programmes and projects across various departments and environments within Integral. The Learning Partner is responsible for addressing the learning needs of colleagues across Integral using a blend of methodologies including virtual learning, face to face learning, coaching and innovative learning technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct learning needs analyses within assigned business units to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Develop professional, collaborative relationships with business unit leaders and HR Business Partners.
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of comprehensive training solutions and components, leveraging existing JLL content and resources while collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
- Facilitate high-impact, interactive learning solutions, preparing plans according to adult learning theory and employing a variety of delivery methods.
- Provide detailed reporting on learning initiatives to business areas and L&D management, demonstrating impact and ROI.
- Champion the use of the Learning Management System, educating employees on its features and benefits.
- Communicate effectively and proactively with subject matter experts, business partners, and all stakeholders to ensure alignment of learning initiatives with business objectives.
- Manage learning project resources (people and materials) to ensure deliverables are completed within scope, on schedule, and within budget.
- Maintain current business knowledge; stay abreast of market events, product enhancements, and emerging techniques to inform potential training topics.
- Take responsibility for ongoing professional development, researching learning industry standards and best practices, and embracing new learning technologies.
- Oversee the logistics of training programmes, including venue management, attendance tracking, material preparation, and resource allocation.
- Maintain comprehensive records for all learning programmes, including evaluations, employee participation, and LMS data.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Integral's products and services, promoting best practices and innovative learning approaches.
- Work in partnership with the management team to create and develop a wide range of learning content, including e-learning modules, user guides, training presentations, and facilitator guides.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes and measure their impact on business outcomes, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support the development of a learning culture within Integral, promoting continuous learning and development at all levels.
- Any other reasonable requests that support the wider Integral business as agreed by the WD EMEA Integral Learning Lead, Head of Work Dynamics L&D for EMEA and HR Director.
