What this job involves:
- Leading the EMEA Region Project and Development Services (PDS) business, owning the business strategy, annual regional budget and the allocation of capital and OpEx to deliver the 2026 growth plan.
- Attracting, leading & coaching a team of industry-leading professionals.
- Developing the next generation of PDS leadership.
- Connecting with colleagues from across JLL to sell the value of PDS to other parts of the business.
- Navigating and resolving regional and local country conflicts.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Accountability for the EMEA PDS 2026 (and beyond) business strategy and annual plan.
- Nurturing, developing and maintaining new business relationships with external clients.
- Chairing the EMEA PDS Board and creating an effective forum of leaders to lead the business.
- Driving new sales and business development by generating and exploiting market opportunities.
- Embedding sustainability within PDS's operating framework, tools & technologies.
Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of the RE sector, project and construction management processes, and the JLL REMS business.
- Expertise in PDS governance and contracts, ethical and commercial considerations and effective risk management.
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience in Project Management and Investor/Development services.
- Experience leading a large team, ideally across multiple locations.
- Operational experience in project & resource management.
