Contract Delivery Manager –
London – Working at one of the biggest and world renowned companies in the world.
Role Purpose:
Provision of all-round engineering support, maintaining the systems within the London and regional portfolio and mobilising new contracts as they arise. Have a detailed understanding of all new or current Building Services systems and contingency procedures within the buildings and complying with the Health & Safety/building codes of practice.
It is the Contract Delivery Managers responsibility to manage the engineering teams, to act as a co-ordination point for the day-to-day activities on the portfolio between the team, specialist service partners and Project works, ensuring that the conduct of all personnel under their control is safe, professional and conscientious.
Responsible for ensuring that all activities (PPM, reactive tasks and breakdowns) within their portfolio are known and that they are being carried out with due regard to Health and Safety, maintaining the 100% uptime criteria. Also responsible for ensuring the manning levels are maintained.
Maintain excellent standards of response to plant failures, completion of assigned work and ensure any abnormal operating conditions and housekeeping issues are dealt with proficiently.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and keep excellent client relationships at all levels.
Plan, co-ordinate and execute quarterly business reviews (QBR) for their region.
Act as Point of escalation for all engineering matters in their region, working closely with the Senior FMs.
Build and oversee audit and quality management procedures for all areas of the contract delivery, working closely with the Property and Engineering team to close out any audit actions that arise. Act as POC/support for site engineering audits
Oversee the Planned and Reactive maintenance for all assets identified within the clients CAFM system in accordance with an agreed maintenance regime with the client. Ensure all sub-contractors are pre-qualified to complete the required works.
Work closely with the Engineering Managers to undertake analysis of PPM and asset information, to identify opportunities that will create efficiencies/cost saving in delivery and/or increase baseline growth to contract value, through extra services/offerings.
Support the Engineering Managers ensuring all compliance is up to date. Act as POC for all site compliance logs books, ensuring that log book is updated and ensure that all logbooks are immediately available for inspection. Be point of contact for ensuring that all premises Risk matters are closed off withing the required times
Ensure Engineering Managers co-ordinate the required statutory inspections, directly and indirectly with the client.
Ensure internal audits are completed in line with Integral policies.
Provide sub-contractor control provision for the site wide FM operation.
Analysis of any service failures and ensuring resilient remedial works are put in place.
Ensure that a consistent level of service delivery is provided in accordance with the contract SLAs + KPIs. Monitor close off of all monthly PPM WOs highlighting any risk in a timely matter.
Contractual performance to supply quarterly financial report.
Oversee project team delivery, to ensure completion certificates are provided enabling invoices to be raised in a timely manner.
Monitor and manage Work in Progress to ensure that all works are within expected budget.
Report to the Account Director on a regular basis the financial position and detail of the contract provision for the site.
Ensure any parts required are clearly and accurately stated and any difficulties encountered on engineering activities are reacted to accordingly and customers kept up to date.
Supporting site sustainability requests and tasks
Highlighting any shortfall or extra labour requirements to complete the contract according to SLA
Act as a central co Ordinator/collator for all near misses., incidents and accident for their area.
