Engineering
High level of travel expected, especially in early contract stages.
Desirable Requirements
- Chartered Engineer status
- Prior Authorised Engineer or Authorised Person accreditation
- Experience with automation of compliance reporting systems
- Knowledge of predictive maintenance and reliability engineering principles
- Familiarity with ISO 55000 Asset Management standards
Success Measures
- Timely and accurate monthly production of the Statement of Assurance with meaningful data insights
- Achievement of all engineering and compliance KPIs as outlined in the contract
- Successful completion of quarterly FCDO Minimum Services Audits with minimal non-compliances
- Effective support of Hard Services Re-Tender exercise and account profitability initiatives
- Consistent reduction in response times for engineering-related operational queries
- Maintenance of compliance standards and documentation requirements across all 12 countries
- Positive stakeholder feedback on technical leadership, communication, and support effectiveness
- Successful implementation of process improvements and innovation initiatives
- Development of high-performing engineering and compliance team
