Integral UK is seeking a reliable and attentive Night Concierge to join our team in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring alarms and ensuring the safety and security of our client's premises during night hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to various alarm systems, including fire, security, and building management systems
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security
- Manage access control for authorized personnel and visitors during night hours
- Respond to emergency situations and contact appropriate authorities when necessary
- Maintain detailed logs of all activities, incidents, and observations
- Perform basic administrative tasks as required
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist with any other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably facilities management
- Familiarity with alarm monitoring systems and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain alert during night shifts
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in high-pressure situations
