The Fabric Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance, repair, and improvement of building fabrics across our client portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of building structures, materials, and construction techniques.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement maintenance strategies for building exteriors and structures
