We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Derby. As a Plumber at JLL, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, repairing, and optimizing all plumbing systems in commercial and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor plumbing systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
  • Conduct regular inspections of plumbing equipment to assess performance and identify issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer / Plumber or a similar role.

  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards (Health and Safety Executive, Pressure Systems Safety Regulations).
  • Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Proficiency in interpreting and analysing data and performance metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and clients.

Education and Certifications:

  • Relevant certifications in Plumbing or Mechanical operations and maintenance (City and Guilds Level 3, BOAS).
