As a Building Fabric Technician JLL, you'll play a crucial role in shaping a brighter way for our client Rolls-Royce and their properties in Derby. This position offers an opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of properties, from historic buildings to modern commercial spaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. You will have proven multi-skilled maintenance experience working within commercial or industrial environments, demonstrating the ability to undertake a variety of building fabric and maintenance tasks.
