Building Systems comfortable coordinating multiple service partners and internal stakeholders to deliver technical initiatives.
- Knowledge of Construction and Design Management (CDM) Regulations 2015.
- Experience using data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems.
- Working towards a project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, APM).
