What this job involves:
As a Fabric Technician at JLL, you will play a crucial role in shaping a brighter way for our client Rolls‑Royce at Raynesway, Derby. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving the structural integrity and appearance of buildings, ensuring they meet UK safety standards and remain in optimal condition. What your day‑to‑day will look like:

- Collaborate with other departments to address client concerns and improve property performance

Required Qualifications:
- Experience in building maintenance or facilities management in the UK
