Internal communication includes regular liaison with supervisors, managers, and contractors, as well as checking emails for work-related updates and attending scheduled team meetings.
- Administrative and Compliance Duties: Administrative responsibilities include ordering cleaning materials with weekly stock sheets submitted to the stock responsible person, logging and closing work orders in Corrigo, and delivering toolbox talks to the team. The Team Leader reviews Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS), reports good catches on CMO, and documents any incidents that occur.
- Safety and Standards: The role requires maintaining clean, tidy, and secured cleaning cupboards when not in use. All activities must align with health and safety protocols while maintaining operational flexibility to meet varying demands.
