This role will contribute to Bewonder's growth strategy and to be the driving force and shining light behind the implementation of that strategy. And to do so by leading by example, setting the highest of standards and being true to Bewonder's values.\n \nBewonder* is a creative consultancy that connects people and place through a range of services including Customer Experience, Digital, Placemaking, Wayfinding, Marketing and Communications. You will understand that a core part of this role is the need to win new work and actively engage, interact with, and target new clients.\n \nWe are looking for an exceptional and highly regarded individual who can drive Bewonder* forward by leading the growth strategy, team, quality of output, clients and commercial performance.\n \nKey Responsibilities:\n \nLeadership\n \n \n Make sure the Bewonder* growth strategy is understood, alive and thriving across the team. \n Be the epitome of the business's values and hold others to the same high standard. \n Manage and develop the Senior Leadership Team and ensure they are doing the same with their direct reports. \n \n \n Commercial\n \n \n Define and meet the business's commercial targets \n Review financial performance against the targets and make any necessary adjustments \n Review and analyse data to identify where improvements can be made \n \n \n Clients\n \n \n Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction \n Ensure all client strategies and creative proposals are on brief, of high quality and true to Bewonder's Just Imagine proposition \n Address any client concerns quickly and effectively. \n \n \nTeam\n \n \n Lead and motivate a multi-disciplinary team across Client Service, Studio, CX and Operations. \n Recruit, retain and develop top talent. \n Create and nurture a collaborative and innovative environment and culture \n \n \n Growth\n \n \n Ensure there's an effective growth strategy in place that identifies and capitalises on opportunities with existing clients, new clients and the wider JLL business \n \n \nKey Skills:\n \n \n You will understand the integral role the Bewonder* team plays in respect of the work we do for our clients. \n You will be a natural collaborator and will always work in the interest of Bewonder*, JLL and our clients \n You will focus on delivering high quality work as well as the overall client experience \n Strong financial and commercial skillset including ability to set/manage growth budgets, manage resourcing and overall spend against client delivery \n Strong governance mindset to ensure risk is mitigated and the overall standard of delivery is consistent \n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure followship in the team \n Adopts a continuous improvement mindset and looks for new opportunities to enhance the quality of our work as well as the client experience \n Strong change mindset and an acceptance that the Bewonder* team (at all levels) need to embrace change and the benefits it can bring \n Ability to empower your team and delegate important tasks to be completed \n Promotes open, constructive, and collaborative relations with superiors, direct reports, peers, and clients \n Strategic thinker and analytically minded \n Skilled in conflict management and negotiation \n Authentic leadership style to create a culture of openness and honesty in the team (so that everyone in the team brings their true self to wor
