We are looking to recruit 2 part time assistant caretakers for our corporate site in BD6. There are two shifts available: 11.00 - 15.00 and 15.00 - 19.00, totalling 20 hours per week at £13.34 per hour.
To apply for this role, you must have a full driving license as you will be required to drive the onsite vehicle for portage and stock deliveries. You will report to the senior caretaker and onsite supervisor. Payroll wages are paid monthly on the 28th of the month.
Responsibilities:
- Grounds maintenance (e.g. litter picking, smoke shelters, external bins) and keeping the walkways and car parks free of debris.
- Portage.
- Refuse removal.
- Stock checks and stock delivery.
- Assisting with meeting room set ups.
- Cleaning the onsite coffee machines.
- Milk delivery.
- Some aspect of cleaning to support the onsite supervisor.
- Any reasonable requests from the helpdesk, senior caretaker, and onsite supervisor.
Requirements:
- Must have a full driving license as you will be required to drive the onsite vehicle for portage and stock deliveries.
- Must have a good understanding of spoken and written English for health and safety onsite.
