We’re recruiting for an experienced Technical Account Manager to join a leading fresh food manufacturing business supplying major UK retailers, restaurants, and foodservice brands. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in food manufacturing, technical compliance, and customer management to take ownership of key customer relationships and drive continuous improvement across quality, food safety, and technical performance.

The Role

  • Act as the main technical contact for key customers
  • Build strong customer relationships and manage technical expectations
  • Lead customer meetings, audits, and site visits
  • Drive improvement plans around complaints, microbiology, and site standards
  • Support and develop the Technical Compliance Officer
  • Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and growers

About You

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within chilled food manufacturing
  • Background in QA or Technical roles within food production
  • Customer-facing technical experience within the food industry
  • HACCP qualified with internal auditing experience
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
