Integral Staff are delighted to be recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join our client’s busy and expanding logistics team based in Dartford. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong organisational and communication skills who is looking to develop their career within a fast-paced transport environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the daily operation of the transport department.
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries and collections.
- Maintain accurate records of driver hours, routes, and vehicle usage.
- Liaise with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with compliance and documentation related to transport regulations.
- Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a transport or logistics administration role is desirable.
