We’re looking for a strong Warehouse Manager who can take ownership, lead from the front, and push a warehouse team to a higher standard. This role is less about years of experience and more about attitude, leadership, and the ability to get the best out of people. You’ll be managing a team within the warehouse and working closely with management to improve processes, communication, and day-to-day performance across the business.
The Role
- Lead and manage the day-to-day warehouse operation
- Support and develop the warehouse team and supervisor
- Improve standards, structure, and accountability within the warehouse
- Delegate effectively while maintaining control of the operation
- Identify ongoing issues and work with departments such as Sales to resolve recurring problems
- Drive better communication, organisation, and team performance
- Have day-to-day conversations around workflow, issues, and improving standards
- Work closely alongside management to push the warehouse forward and make positive changes
