The Role:
As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for handling and measuring liquid materials, assisting with production processes, and ensuring that operations run smoothly. This role also involves some forklift use (training can be provided) and requires manual handling of heavy materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately measuring out liquid materials for production.
- Safely handling and lifting heavy materials as part of the manufacturing process.
- Operating basic machinery and equipment in line with production requirements.
- Assisting with forklift operations (training provided if needed).
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Following health & safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred but not essential).
- Comfortable with heavy lifting and physical work.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- A forklift licence would be an advantage, but training can be provided.
- A team player with a strong work ethic.
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (No weekends!)
