The Role: As a Payroll Clerk, you\’ll be responsible for processing payroll accurately and efficiently, while also liaising with clients to discuss their specific requirements – particularly in preparation for upcoming conferences. This role is based in-office with flexible hours to suit your schedule. Key Responsibilities: * Processing weekly and monthly payrolls accurately and on time. * Managing payroll records, timesheets, and employee data. * Liaising directly with clients to understand and fulfil payroll requirements. * Supporting preparations for client conferences and meetings. * Handling payroll queries from staff and clients in a professional manner. * Ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations and company policies. What We\’re Looking For: * Previous experience in a payroll or accounts role. * Strong attention to detail and excellent numeracy skills. * Confident communicator, comfortable interacting with clients. * Good working knowledge of payroll software and Microsoft Office. * Ability to work independently in a part-time, in-office capacity. Hours: * Flexible working hours (part-time), but must be office-based in Slough.
