Integral Staff are proud to be supporting a well-established warehousing business in their search for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join their team based in Dartford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach who is looking to take the next step in their logistics career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate and support a team of warehouse operatives to achieve daily operational targets
- Oversee the accurate picking, packing, loading and dispatch of goods
- Ensure all warehouse procedures are followed in line with company standards
- Maintain high levels of health & safety and ensure compliance across the team
- Assist with stock control, inventory checks and reporting
- Provide training and guidance to new and existing staff
- Work closely with supervisors and managers to improve processes and workflow efficiency
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Team Leader or Senior Operative role within a warehouse environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage shifting priorities
- Good understanding of warehouse operations, health & safety and stock control
- Positive leadership style with the ability to motivate a team
- Forklift licence desirable but not essential
