Integral Staff are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading transport business for a motivated and organised Transport Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company where you’ll play a key role in supporting daily transport operations and ensuring smooth, efficient delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination of transport schedules and vehicle movements
- Liaise with drivers, clients, and internal teams to support efficient delivery operations
- Maintain accurate transport records and documentation
- Handle customer queries and support issue resolution
- Monitor delivery performance and provide administrative support to the transport team
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the transport function
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a transport or logistics role (preferred)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Good IT skills, including MS Office
