Scheduler

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum
Location: Dartford

Integral Staff are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading transport business for a proactive and detail-focused Scheduler. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy operations team where you’ll play a crucial role in planning, scheduling, and coordinating daily transport activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage daily transport schedules

*

Allocate drivers and vehicles efficiently to meet service requirements

*

Liaise with drivers, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations

*

Maintain accurate scheduling records and update systems as required

*

Respond to operational changes and make real-time schedule adjustments

*

Support the transport team with general administrative duties

*

Ensure high levels of service and timely deliveries

Requirements:

*

Previous experience in scheduling, transport planning, or logistics (preferred)

*

Strong organisational and time-management skills

*

Excellent communication skills and confidence working with drivers and clients

*

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

*

Good IT skills, including MS Office and scheduling systems

*

A proactive, problem-solving xiskglj mindset
