Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Integral Staff are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing transport business for a professional and organised Transport Coordinator to join their team in Dartford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role that combines customer service, administration and transport coordination. Working as part of a busy and supportive team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring deliveries run smoothly while building strong relationships with customers, drivers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating daily transport schedules and supporting vehicle movements
  • Acting as a key point of contact for drivers, customers and internal teams
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving queries efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate transport and delivery records
  • Monitoring delivery performance and supporting operational efficiency
  • Assisting the transport team with general administration and day-to-day coordination
  • Supporting continuous improvement across transport operations
Requirements:
  • Previous experience within transport, logistics or a similar operational environment preferred
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Positive, team-oriented and proactive approach
