We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver to join a busy and friendly warehouse team based in Basildon. This is a hands-on role working within a fast-paced warehouse environment, helping to ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately while delivering excellent customer service.
The Role
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Handling Goods In deliveries
- Assisting with customer collections
- Operating Counterbalance FLT and/or 4-way reach truck
- Ensuring orders are accurate, presentable, and ready for dispatch
- Maintaining high health & safety standards within the warehouse
About You
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Minimum 1 year’s experience operating a Counterbalance FLT or 4-way reach truck
- Valid Counterbalance Certificate preferred
- Good attention to detail and organisation skills
- Experience using warehouse stock systems would be advantageous
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
