The Role: As an Account Manager (Events), you’ll be the main point of contact for clients, helping to shape their ideas into impactful events. From initial brief to execution, you’ll ensure all aspects of client requirements are understood, planned, and delivered seamlessly—particularly focusing on conferences and corporate events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the main liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Understanding and interpreting client briefs, focusing on conference planning and delivery.
- Coordinating all elements of the event process – from venue sourcing to delegate communication.
- Managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure events run smoothly.
- Providing regular updates and reports to clients on project progress.
- Building strong, long-term client relationships with a high level of professionalism.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in an account management or event coordination role, ideally within a marketing or events agency.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
