Integral are working with a Fortune 500 company looking for a CILEX Legal Executive for a Mat Leave cover commencing in February 2025 on a 12-15 month FTC.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Servicing all business unit requirements primarily relating to general commercial and contractual matters.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and transactions and assisting the business in commercial negotiations.
- Supporting business activities including tenders and contracts for the provision of services to various clients.
- Advising and supporting the business on ad hoc queries relating to the recruitment sector.
- Assisting the legal department in keeping abreast of developments and relevant legislation on commercial issues affecting the full spectrum of the business and keeping the business informed of such developments.
- Building and maintaining a good working relationship with the business, understanding the business requirements and engaging on how the Legal Department can best help them with their business areas.
- Managing litigation matters including responding to basic county court claims.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- A sound understanding of all aspects of contract and commercial law best practice.
- Knowledge of outsourcing
- Good understanding of the area of law that is relevant to the recruitment sector including, contract, data protection, marketing, IT law.
- Litigation experience
- In-house experience.
- CILEX qualified (Chartered Institute of Legal Executives)
