This is a chance to take ownership of large-scale infrastructure projects that will shape the future of sustainable water systems across the region. As a Senior Project Design Lead, you’ll be pivotal in managing the technical input for projects, coordinating and uniting contributions from multiple engineering disciplines, and leading a cross-functional team. Your responsibility will be ensure that all aspects of the project are aligned, focussing on delivering the right technical solution that meets business objectives and requirements. Key Responsibilities * Leading design teams to deliver effective, long-term engineering solutions * Ensuring designs meet stakeholder and regulatory expectations * Overseeing quality, cost and timelines, ensuring adherence to technical standards * Coordinate suppliers, internal teams, and external contractors through to delivery * Championing innovation and sustainable design approaches What You’ll Bring * Degree or HNC/HND in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related discipline * Project Management / Senior Design experience within the Water / Utilities / Critical Infrastructure sector * Strong understanding of project management principles and health & safety standards * Chartered Engineer status (or working towards) * Strategic thinker with a collaborative approach Why Join?
