My client is a market leading manufacturer and supplier. They offer a fantastic working environment and excellent benefits for all staff including; a bonus, rising holiday, private health and life insurance, free meals, working from home days and more.
They are looking for an experienced Project Manager who has worked with similar products (fire / windows / doors / health and safety / construction etc), to deliver design and manufacturing projects to their customers within a busy projects team.
Project Manager – Duties:- The Project Manager is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, liaising with members of the Sales, Technical and Operations teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects.
- Customer Liaison – Working with customers to ensure their specific requirements are understood properly and met quickly and efficiently with first class customer service. You will need to have experience in understanding designs / drawings.
- Sales Liaison – Working with the sales team to take over responsibility for orders won, to finalise details and seeing them through to completion.
- Delivery Liaison – Working with production, logistics and customer site teams to achieve accurate delivery of goods on time and in full.
- Experience as a Senior Project Coordinator or Project Manager in a similar industry – (construction / fire / windows / doors / health and safety etc).
- A passion for customer service and relationship management.
- Strong supplier management skills and the ability to organise multiple teams and projects concurrently.
- Very strong time and task management skills.
- Microsoft Office – an in-depth knowledge of how to use MS Office including Excel and Word as well as CRM system.
- Product Sales - Understand how to upsell products on jobs handed over, where there is potential to offer optional extras.
