We're looking for a friendly, practical and customer-focused PPM Coffee Technician to join a growing team maintaining premium coffee machines across London.

This is a unique field-based role where you'll travel between customer sites using public transport (fully paid for by the company).

What you'll be doing

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on high-end commercial coffee machines.
  • Cleaning, servicing and maintaining equipment to the highest standard.
  • Replacing small parts where required.
  • Providing a professional, friendly service to customers.
  • Ensuring every machine is performing at its very best.
  • Representing the company with pride and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

About you

We're looking for someone who is practical, reliable and enjoys solving problems.

You don't need previous coffee machine experience (although this is a bonus!) - full training can be provided.

You may currently be working as a

  • PPM Technician
  • Photocopier Engineer
  • Field Service Engineer
  • Handyman
  • Maintenance Technician
  • Or in another hands‑on, technical role

Most importantly, you'll have

  • A practical, common-sense approach.
  • Good mechanical or technical aptitude.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently while managing your own daily schedule.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
