Are you a hands-on engineer who loves variety, independence, and great coffee? Our client is a family-run business supplying high-quality commercial coffee machines, boiling taps, and water dispensers to workplaces nationwide. Known for their fast, friendly service and genuine team spirit, they’re now looking for a Field Service Engineer to join their expanding service team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Service, sanitise, and maintain coffee machines, boiling taps, and water dispensers
- Carry out installations, commissioning, and breakdown repairs
- Ensure every cup and glass tastes as good as it should
- Provide hands-on training and advice to customers
- Keep clear service records and manage van stock efficiently
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years’ experience working with coffee machines, water dispensers, vending machines, or similar equipment
- Strong electro-mechanical and fault-finding skills
- Basic plumbing knowledge
- A passion for great customer service and a professional approach
- Full UK driving licence
- Ideally based in North West London with easy access to the M25/M40/M1/M11
