What you will be doing:
- Leading on the design of sustainable and environmentally responsible solutions.

- Collaborating with suppliers and partners to improve efficiency and raise technical standards.
- Researching and implementing cutting-edge digital design concepts.
- Mentoring and developing junior engineers.

What we are looking for:
- MSc/MEng in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (or equivalent).
- Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status (IET or similar).
- 10+ years' experience in a relevant industry.
- A strong leader with excellent communication, problem-solving and innovation skills.
- Full driving licence (site visits required).
