We’re on the lookout for an experienced Coffee Repair Engineer to join a leading, family-run business that supplies and maintains commercial coffee machines, boiling taps, and water dispensers across the London area.
If you’re someone who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and keeping customers happy, this role offers the ideal mix of technical challenge and daily variety.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be travelling across Central and North London (and occasionally parts of the Home Counties) carrying out repairs, installations, and maintenance for a range of coffee and water systems. Typical duties include:
- Diagnosing and repairing faults on coffee machines, boiling taps, and water dispensers
- Installing and commissioning new equipment on customer sites
- Performing routine servicing and hygiene maintenance
- Providing user training and friendly advice to customers
- Keeping accurate service records and managing your van stock efficiently
What we’re looking for
You’ll be a practical, proactive engineer with a passion for customer service and quality workmanship. The ideal person will have:
- 2+ years’ experience repairing or servicing coffee machines, vending machines, or similar electro-mechanical systems
- Strong fault-finding and electrical/mechanical repair skills
- A basic understanding of plumbing
- A professional, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills
- A full UK driving licence
- Ideally based in or near North West London with easy motorway access (M25, M40, M1 or M11)
