We're recruiting a hands‑on Installations Engineer to join an established coffee services business supplying premium coffee and drinks equipment to workplaces across the UK. The role has a strong focus on installing commercial coffee machines and water dispensers at customer sites, alongside ongoing servicing and repairs.
What you'll be doing as an Installations Engineer:
- Installing and setting up commercial coffee machines and water dispensers, including the associated plumbing and electrical connections.
- Servicing equipment, diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs, finding practical solutions.
- Providing friendly, professional customer service.
- Managing your daily appointments and service records.
- Working independently while supporting the wider technical team.
What we're looking for in an Installations Engineer:
- A practical, hands‑on approach and a natural ability to solve problems.
- Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Reliability, organisation and confidence working independently.
- Experience in field service, electrical work, plumbing, vending, catering equipment, white goods or similar would be advantageous. Practical plumbing and electrical skills are particularly relevant, as installation work is a key part of the role.
No coffee machine experience? No problem! If you're comfortable working with plumbing and electrical connections and have a practical, hands‑on approach, full training on the coffee machines and water dispensers will be provided, along with ongoing development.
