An exciting opportunity has arisen with a growing and innovative SaaS business that develops specialist software solutions. Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire a Business Analyst to join their collaborative and customer-focused Product team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys understanding customer challenges, uncovering requirements and translating complex business needs into clear, actionable specifications that drive product improvements.

Working closely with customers, the Product Owner and Development team, you will play a key role in shaping product enhancements, facilitating discovery sessions, documenting requirements and ensuring solutions are aligned to both user needs and business objectives.

The platform includes financial and compliance-related workflows, so previous property management or accounting software experience is welcomed, although it is not a requirement for someone keen to learn.

The business has strong subject matter expertise internally and is looking for someone with excellent Business Analysis skills, curiosity and a genuine interest in learning.
