An exciting opportunity has arisen with a growing and innovative software company that develops specialist SaaS solutions for the property management sector. Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire a Business Analyst to join their collaborative and customer-focused team.

This role would suit an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys working closely with customers, understanding real-world business processes and translating requirements into clear, detailed specifications for development teams. The position will involve gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating workshops and discovery sessions, producing process documentation and user stories, and acting as the bridge between customers, product and development teams.

A strong understanding of accounting and financial processes is essential for this role, as a significant part of the platform relates to finance and compliance workflows. Experience within property management, block management or related sectors would be highly advantageous, but is not essential.

Key requirements:
  • Previous Business Analyst experience within a SaaS/software environment
  • Strong experience gathering and documenting requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience producing functional specifications, user stories and process maps
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence or Visio/Miro

This is a fully remote role with some travel to customer sites and company events across the UK (25% est.).
