We are seeking a dynamic and motivated person for our growing LED lighting sales team, taking on a successful regional territory and receiving full training and mentoring support. The role will cover the profitable South West territory, including Cornwall, Devon, Gloucestershire, Truro, Plymouth, Torquay, Exeter, Taunton, Bath, South Gloucestershire, Dorset, and Wiltshire. This vibrant and commercially exciting territory offers opportunities to develop and nurture existing client relationships while expanding into new accounts.
As a home‑based Key Account Manager at Integral LED, you can expect a competitive salary, a company car (plug‑in hybrid), company events, and an open‑ended commission scheme based on the performance of your area.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ sales experience, ideally supported by a relevant degree or comparable education such as a BTech, apprenticeship, or similar. Ideally, you will have the personality and drive to build strong business relationships with electric wholesalers and contractors. You should be willing and motivated to learn and receive mentorship in managing key client accounts, generating new business, and building strong relationships with customers. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and product management teams, and receive full training on our LED product range.
