As a well-established but fast growing and evolving Technology business we have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and motivated customer focused Internal Sales Executive to support our LED Division’s growth plans over the coming years.
The Role: To manage and drive the Integral LED business within the Electrical Wholesale Channel whilst supporting the Key Account Managers across their Regions. Focusing on delivering profitable growth for the LED sector whilst supporting the strategic plans as set by the UK Sales Director.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on proactive up-selling with selected accounts set by the UK Sales Director within the area of operation
- Deliver a minimum of 20 proactive customer calls per day (15 x focused accounts & 5 x new business accounts) to drive sales growth
- Develop local account relationships within the area of operation
- Drive customers activity towards Integral LED portal to drive more efficiencies
- Answering sales queries from customers via email or telephone
- Ensure CRM activity is complete after each call and ensure a regular cadence of calls are pre-planned
- Target new accounts, list to be presented and approved by the UK Sales Director
- Ensure high engagement & effective use of Integral sales enablement tools including Integral LED Portal, Sugar CRM & future quotation platforms
- Regular attendance within field accompaniment with local partners
- Ensuring your technical competency skills remain at a high level
- Attending external trade shows to enhance relationships
