We are seeking a motivated and skilled 2nd Line IT Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, with a strong background in providing technical support and resolving complex IT issues. A key focus of this role will be supporting and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd line technical support to clients, addressing escalated issues from the 1st line team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems efficiently.
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
- Assist with IT projects, including Microsoft 365 migrations, system upgrades, and installations.
- Maintain and update documentation related to IT systems and procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve service delivery and implement best practices.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an MSP environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and administration.
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified Professional).
